Hey everyone,
As you might know from prior posts and tweets, we recently filmed the video for “Ciroc Star” in Las Vegas with Diddy, Jadakiss, Clinton Sparks, and some other very special surprise guests. Well Clinton decided to do some filming behind the scenes and put together a “Cirocumentary” to document the shoot. Here’s part one of it!:

I went out to L.A. this past weekend to work with Pharrell on a soundtrack he’s overseeing for an awesome new animated film, Despicable Me. Here’s a shot from the studio.

I also got to check-out Hans Zimmer’s studio, which is unreal. Here’s a picture of that:

Max and I also visited NYC and met with Diddy to discuss the upcoming “Ciroc Star” video, which we’ll be shooting in Vegas soon. Stay tuned for more details on that!
Hope you all are enjoying the holidays!

One of our most steadfast supports, Angela in Minneapolis, just sent us this clip of an a cappella group covering “She Loves Everybody.” Max and I used to be engineers at Harvard’s campus studio and, to our frustration, often had to record a cappella groups. Luckily, the Octopodes from Johns Hopkins University did a great job on this one. Extra props to the beat-boxer for his innovative dance moves.

We were thrilled to see that iTunes picked Love the Future as one of the Best Pop albums of 2009. Thanks to iTunes and to everyone who has picked up the album and otherwise supported us this year!

We had this video sent into us with the following note:
This is a video from Matt and Lindsey’s Jamaican wedding at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton on 11/28/2009. This song by Masta Ace & Edo G (featuring Chester French) ended up being the hottest of the night, played twice during the reception and once later on at the resort disco.
Nuts. Congrats, Matt and Lindsay. The guy chanting “Dancing like a white girl” over and over again is incredible.
